A “corporate light show” means different things: an act by performers in glowing costumes, lasers, drones outdoors. Let’s compare four formats by price, preparation and the main question: do the guests take part in the show themselves. It is useful both for turnkey corporate event organizers and for those looking for a New Year party with a programme.
LED-costume performers
One or more performers in LED costumes do a 5–10 minute act. The price usually starts from 25,000 ₽ and depends on the performers and the city. Bright and turnkey, but the room watches from the side.
Laser and neon shows
Renting lasers, smoke machines, sometimes neon structures, plus rigging and a lighting specialist. A small set starts from 30–50 thousand rubles, and the price grows with the room. It works well as a stage accent, but needs a dark room, and guests are again just spectators.
Drone shows
Lit drones draw shapes in the sky. A visible outdoor show starts from 500,000 ₽, takes at least two weeks to prepare and depends on weather and permits. Impossible indoors. More in a drone show alternative.
A guest flashlight show
Guests scan a QR code, raise their phones, and the whole room flashes to the music. The host or DJ controls the light from the sound desk. Nothing to rig or rent.
Starting price from 10,000 ₽ for a room of up to 100 guests, fixed per event. After the show guests get voting and a prize draw in the browser. The effect is stronger in dimmed light, but full darkness isn’t needed.
How to choose
- You want the whole room to take part on a modest budget: a flashlight show
- You need a short bright act on stage: LED-costume performers
- An outdoor celebration with a big budget and time: drones
- You need a light accent on stage without guest participation: lasers
Formats are often combined: a performers’ act at the start of the evening and a flashlight show in the finale, when the guests are warmed up.
