A classic corporate programme relies on games: the host pulls five people on stage, the rest watch. You want everyone to take part, without awkwardness or long preparation.
What people usually try
- A photo zone with printing: everyone takes a photo home, but there is a queue
- A cover band with interaction: live energy, but it needs the right room and setup
- A company quiz: a team effect, but only part of the room is active
10 unusual party shows
If you want a number guests have not seen yet, here are formats you meet less often than cover bands and magicians:
- LED show. Performers in LED costumes, glowing fans, pixel screens on clothing. Spectacular in a dark room, usually from 25 thousand rubles
- A music and light show made of guests’ phones. The whole room flashes to the music, every guest takes part. Details below
- A drum show. Loud and energetic, a good opener or entrance for the CEO
- A cryo or science show. Liquid nitrogen, clouds of vapour, ice cream made on the spot. Adults and children both like it
- A bubble show. Giant bubbles, a person inside a bubble. More for family celebrations
- A sand art show. An artist draws a story in sand, shown on a screen. Can tell the story of the company or the couple
- Living statues and actors among guests. An immersive touch: guests do not immediately realise who around them is playing a role
- Impersonators and look-alikes. Work well if you know the group’s tastes
- Acrobats and aerial acts. Need a high ceiling and rigging points
- An interactive quiz with a host. Teams by table, answers from phones, results on screen
Most of these numbers are watched from the side. What surprises more is something you take part in yourself.
Interaction the whole room takes part in
Guests scan a QR code, raise their phones, and the whole room flashes to the music. The DJ controls the light from the desk or pads, the host just announces the moment. No props or rehearsals.
- A show to the music: waves and flashes across the room in time
- Light by groups: tables or departments light up in turn, then the whole room
- A surprise: the room lights up on the host’s cue
- Voting for the next track in the browser
- A prize draw right after the show
How to fit it into the evening
The best moment is after dinner: guests are seated and holding their phones. The host announces the show at least a minute and a half ahead so everyone can scan the code. The venue needs a screen or printout with the QR code, sound and dimmed light for a couple of minutes.
Price from 10,000 ₽ for a room of up to 100 guests, fixed for the evening; for bigger rooms see the calculator.
