Graduation happens once, and its program is built under special pressure: it has to be remembered. Yet the set of options is the same year after year: a host, a disco, a cover band, a photo zone. Fireworks are banned on school grounds and at most venues, while the finale is exactly what the celebration usually lacks. Here is what a graduation is made of today and how to build a culmination the whole class takes part in.
What the program usually consists of
- Host and contests: keep the rhythm of the evening, but few take active part
- Cover band or DJ: the musical base, the hall dances, but it is background, not an event
- Photo zones: social media content, work all evening
- Special effects: cold fountains and low fog are beautiful but visible only near the stage

A finale everyone takes part in
A phone light show works like this: graduates scan a QR code from the screen, raise their phones, and the whole hall flickers in sync with the class anthem. Waves of light across the hall, flashes on the chorus, a shared burst at the end of the song. No app, no internet, no equipment: just a screen with the code and sound.
For a graduation the format has three key properties. First, everyone takes part: not ten active people on stage but the whole hall at once. Second, everyone films: a glowing hall begs to be in stories, and the class keeps a shared video. Third, the show slots into the script easily: it is launched from the sound desk at the right moment, be it the first dance or the final song.
What the venue and organizers need to provide
Preparation takes less than a week: we agree on the track and script, hand over the QR code for the screen or print, and the DJ or host launches the show. It works in an assembly hall, a banquet hall, a club and outdoors, including venues with no internet: synchronization runs over ultrasound through the venue sound. The darker the hall, the more striking the picture.
How much it costs
From 10,000 ₽ per event for up to 100 guests, the price is fixed, with unlimited launches per evening. For large graduations and inter-school balls get a quote by headcount in the calculator.
